KNTM 5 Models in Seoul Fashion Week 2015: The Girls

Holler! This post is just to update us fierce fashion angels of what the KNTM 5 models did in Seoul Fashion Week last week in Dongdaemun Design Plaza, or DDP. Yes, it's amazing to see them working their butts off, strutting their stuff on the runway for various Korean designers.
Seoul Fashion Week official poster, courtesy of the Seoul Fashion Week website.

Just a bit of a background info, Seoul Fashion Week (more like SFW), is a bi-annual fashion event in Korea. One in March and the other in October. It is hosted by Seoul Metropolitan Government and developed by Seoul Design Foundation. The goal of the organizers is to make the event popular and relevant to the fashion industry in general, just like the famous New York, Milan, London and Paris Fashion Weeks.

Korea is one of the most innovative fashion centers in Asia-Pacific, after Tokyo and Manila. I quite agree that this is really needed, because of the Hallyu wave sweeping the world's largest continent as of now. People are raving and talking about the quirky, carefree yet uber-stylish Korean fashion sense, and personally, it encouraged people to cross the boundaries and be fashionably chic even in the daily grind.

So much for the history lesson, and let's get the main meat started. I searched far and wide for the photos of our beloved Top Model contestants, especially this Cycle's models, strutting their stuff in Seoul Fashion Week.

Let's start with the girls, since they're the primary reason why we have Fashion Weeks like this. Hahaha kidding. Some of the girls posted their photos on Instagram, which gave me such a headache because I cannot freaking post them here. Ah, the agony. :( Anyway, I got some photos on Tumblr (credits to the owners!), and I'll be sharing these to you. These came either from lookbooks or from the actual runway action. Some are backstage pics, though.

Hwang Gippeum aka Shiseido Goddess for Beetle Beetle's 2015 lookbook. Fierceness in florals. According to my extensive research (read: stalking), she was an experienced model prior to the show. She's signed in to Ice Models Milan under the name Joy Hwang (Gippeum means 'joy' in Korean). She also modeled for Claudia Ligari in Milan Fashion Week years ago. My Shiseido goddess also walked for..

Groundwave S/S 2015 and...

Steve J and Yoni P S/S 2015. Look at how fierce she was here. Smoldering.

Kim Yerim for EAGLE (I dunno the exact name of the brand, kkk) with Kim Jonghoon.

Another one for So It Goes lookbook for S/S 2015 collection. My, she looked great with shorter hair. Glad she maintained it.

My baby Kim Minjung backstage at Arches Spring S/S 2015 collection. She looked chic!

Kim Minjung in Seoul Fashion Week, day 1. Freshness is the best.

I just noticed that there were a lot of pictures taken outside DDP of the models walking for the shows there. Suddenly, DDP became a model paradise for fans and junkies like me. Aww, if only I could go there.. *sigh*

Another outdoor candid shot, this time of Hyun Jieun. DDP became an impromptu runway even before the shows started, because of all the chic and fashionable outfits of the models. Street fashion yet runway-ready.

Jieun backstage for Ki-blah blah S/S 2015 collection. Dang, I forgot the name!

For Kwak Hyun Joo's 2015 S/S collection. I love the Great Gatsby hair. Roaring Twenties rad.

Jung Sohyun also booked a lot of shows: Mag & Logan, Kiok with Gippeum and Jieun, Leyii, Nohke with dramatic eye makeup, Metro City with some weird red hair, Soulpot, Benjamin Cadette and 2Placebo. Gurl was def working her tush off! She booked a lot more than the remaining models! AHAHA sweet, sweet revenge. Sadly, I cannot upload 'em pics here because of dang Instagram. So I put the links there ^, and ya can check it out.

These are all I can get from the Web, with special thanks to the owners of the photos. If you can give me some photos of our fave models here, please do so. I'll really appreciate it and will credit you as the source in the updated ones. Hope you enjoy it and don't worry, I'll be posting the guys in a short while.

xoxo

Korea's Next Top Model 5 Ep 6 Review: The Guy Who Looked Like a Squirrel on the Bars

Holler! I'm back, and I really missed you guys! Thank you very much, once again, for the nth time (HAHA), for reading my reviews and visiting my site for all things chic and fashionable in the concrete jungle. I really appreciated all the love. Cheers! ^^

For this week's episode, Tyra Banks herself appeared to the models (via recorded video, obvii) to introduce this week's challenge for the photo shoot. They would have to re-create the couple stilts shoot done in the All-Stars cycle of ANTM, with some of the themes given to them before the shoot. This is also the shoot that gave birth to the "booty tooch", or the arched booty, as done by Allison Harvard here.
The shoot that gave birth to the awesomeness that is booty tooch. Photo courtesy of Rickey.org.
The themes for their respective shoots were: harmony (Yongsoo and Jungjin), competition (Chulwoo and Gippeum), wild (Jieun and Minjung), sadism (Seungsoo and Jonghoon) and love affair (Taeeun and Yerim). Oh, I can Seungsoo wearing Jealousy by You. HAHAHAHA amazeballs.

Let's begin with...

Bang Taeeun. This picture, out of all the photos he did for this show, was one of the weakest in my opinion. I've been looking for some major, major good points, like the intensity of the smize, or the body angles, or the creative poses, but this photo is meh for me. Maybe it's because of Kim Yerim. Nah, kidding. The eyes looked a bit undecided, the pose is a bit amateur-ish, and I don't like his face here. He looks like he's going to vomit. On the good side, though, his legs looked great. Still, this is a meh shot.

Kim Yerim. First of all, I like Yerim's makeup and styling here. Kudos to the stylists! You deserve a pay rise! ^^ She looked chic and stylish here, but not that over the top cartoon-ish. I can see the chemistry between her and Taeeun, and I also like the slightly open mouth. The hand on the hip, well. It's a bit too posey. I'd rather prop it over my head, to show more fashionable angles. I like the display of romance in this photo. Sexy, yet fashionable at the same time.

Kim Minjung. She got "WILD" with Jieun as their theme. In my opinion, this photo isn't wild. This is FIERCE in pink sparkly ink with glitters and feathers on the side. Maybe she got it confused with that? Anyway, it really worked big time and she nailed this shot. Earlier, she commented that she and Jieun were coordinating with one another to get the desired results. This is a great example of communication between the models. I like her hands, and that face was to die for. She made gargoyles look high fashion. I also like the lifted leg.

Hyun Jieun. Jieun was the more daring one in this duo. She gave a variety of poses, even lifting her legs and spreading her arms around the whole time. The angles are very creative and fashionable. One thing, though: her face. Sure, she's really gorgeous. She's stunning. But her face gives the same expression in every single frame. Had she opened her mouth like Minjung, she'd be fiercer. Kudos for the effort, but I think she needs to do more. Werk on yer face, dahlin!
Choi Jungjin. Sorry for the obvii bias. HAHAHA I just loved their photos! Forgive me, my fashion angels. I still love all of you. Hee, hee. This is also an example of a perfect communication. They got HARMONY as their theme. It gave off the look of a musical for me, which I think is relevant to their theme. While Anna Wintour-eu said that his face was a bit comical, for me it worked in this shot. Like I said earlier, Jungjin's face was really good in conveying emotions like sadness, anger, happiness and all other things. The raised eyebrows looked chic, and widely spread legs were on point.

Also, this episode gave birth to another bromance: Yong-jin. Waaaa amazeballs. ^_____^v

Kim Jonghoon was pretty flexible last challenge. ^^ A bit arrogant, too. This couple got sadism. But in this shot, Seungsoo became the main, which shouldn't be because Jonghoon's the main here. He looks strangled and choking for air in this shot. While I loved the pose, I think it would be better if Jonghoon did this to Seungsoo and his face was all manic and gleaming with darkness. He looks like a ten year old getting bullied by the mean boys one Monday lunch time. His hand went missing, too, as well as his other arm. This was wrong in some levels, and this is really regrettable.

Lee Chulwoo was really hilarious in this episode. This couple got competition. The photo is oozing with fierceness and j'adoreness all over Tyra would end up in rehab. LOL kidding. There are two models in this photo, but the attention of the viewer went straight to him. A good thing, because he's the main one. I love both hands in this shot. It shows activity, and he's modelling H2T (head 2 toe, as per Tyra). The face is also sick, and I also love the tinny booch (male booty tooch, as per Tyra AGAIN). This shot is dynamic.

My Shiseido goddess Hwang Gippeum. Before anything else, I'd like to ask a question. WHY DID SOMEONE PUT A MAJOR MAJOR PIN CUSHION ON HER HEAD? Is this their idea of fierce dress makers? LOL kidding. With competition as their theme, she pretty nailed this shot. She looked really dominant in this photo, with the grabbing of the shirt and the balled fist. This has unity. I also love her legs here. Werk it girl!

Jung Yongsoo. Again, sorry for the obvii bias. AHAHAHA I reached total euphoria and epiphany when I saw this shot. Even if the black rod thingy was a bit distracting at first (hello, editors! Why didn't you take that thing off this shot? You are SO getting fired), the photo was mesmerizing. This got the musical thingy going on again, but like I said earlier, this worked BIG FREAKING TIME. He gave loads of emotions throughout the shoot. He smiled! He laughed! He smirked! He got mad! But he cannot scream. Ahhhhh. Aigoo. In panel, I want to stick a ball down Anna Wintour-eu's mouth for all the backhanded compliments. I want to smack her face with a tennis racket. SO mad right now. Grrr.. Anyway, the other judges saw a lot of variety, especially in the B-cuts. They're all impressed, and so do I. Chukhamnida, Yongsoo-ya.

Han Seungsoo aka The Guy Who Looked Like a Squirrel on the Bars. LOL I'll post the GIF later. ^____^v The theme fitted him like a glove during the shoot, and also on film. He got sadism, with Jonghoon. He's really demonic-looking in his shots, and even in Jonghoon's. He captured everyone's attention with his diverse facial expressions, variety of poses and the aura is just too irresistible to ignore. Maybe his arrogance also showed in the shoot? I don't know, but he definitely nailed this shot. Anna Wintour-eu almost lost her composure when she saw this stunning photograph. To quote Josie Borain, the famous South African supermodel on Africa's Next Top Model, "This is an iconic photograph." This is sadism in all levels, and it is simply stunning. Kudos, Seungsoo! ^^

I'm really sorry, it just took me weeks of realization that I should put Yoonju's call out order as well. Forgive me, fierce fashion angels.

My Callout Order : Chulwoo, Gippeum, Seungsoo, Minjung, Yongsoo, Jungjin, Jieun, Yerim, Taeeun, Jonghoon

Yoonju's Callout Order : Jieun, Gippeum, Chulwoo, Seungsoo, Minjung, Jungjin, Yongsoo, Taeeun, Yerim, Jonghoon

This episode became sadder towards the end when Jonghoon was eliminated. Everyone was crying, especially Chulwoo. Even Yoonju shed some tears as well! Ah, the drama.

As promised, here's the squirrel face of Seungsoo for this episode. Awww, so amazeadorbs! ^^

Again, thank you very much for reaching the end of this post. You are really precious and amazing. Keep on sharing the love! Great day to all. Comments well appreciated.

Korea's Next Top Model 5 Ep 5 Review: The Guy Who Stood Still on the Runway

A major holler from the ghetto to the outback! I really missed updating LVAM, and I know you guys are now waiting for my next reviews. Though I must admit that my reviews are waaaaay delayed than the actual episodes, because they already revealed their final three! O to the M to the G. I'm running all over the hallway right now. *cue fangirl spazzing for three days*

Anyway, without further ado, let's now rip 'em contestants and enjoy seeing their photos here.

The contestants were asked to do a hair campaign for a global fashion brand, and they'll have to shoot for two pictures: the full body shot and the closeup beauty shot. The catch? They'll be blown by two large industrial fans while wearing chiffon. How cool is that? :D

Before that, however, someone got the boot early on because of the runway challenge before the photoshoot. They wore pieces from the neoclassical Italian M brand, while walking on a runway with Dickpunks playing songs on the side. The show was funky, chic and upbeat. Kudos to KNTM!

Sadly, Han Jian was ousted from the running. She was the poor girl who got the boot in the surprise elimination on the runway. Too bad she sprained her foot in the previous shoot, but I'm wondering where on earth did she sprain her foot there. Anyway, I saw her determination to do good for this challenge. She gave her best shot, but the judges thought that it's not enough. I somewhat remember her in episode 4. She said that she'll be eliminated if there'd be a runway challenge. And that happened right there and then. The situation was unfortunate. :(( *repressed sobs* But the most heartbreaking part was when Gippeum cried because she'll be alone now. She's really close to Jian. That was really heartbreaking. <|3

Now, on to the remaining contestants, starting with...

Bang Taeeun. Because he's an experienced model before he came to KNTM, his walk was more polished than the others. For me, his walk was okay. No faults, but nothing special whatsoever. Oh, maybe I'm just used to lots of twirls and swirls and tons of flirting with the camera. Thank you, Miss Universe. LOL :D His photos were polished, and it showed the experience that he had before. His photos may not be as stellar as Chulwoo's or Seungsoo's, but he made his mark there as one of the dark horses in the competition. I love the full body shot. He's an iconic, artistic and high fashion representation of taegukgi in the Korean flag. I also love the come hither stare in his closeup. So intimidating yet so titillating.

Next is Kim Yerim. I'm getting used to her quirky hairstyle and her cutesy flirtation with Seungsoo. Her walk was one of the most improved, tbh. It was really nerve-wracking to open the show, and she did it well. Save for the shoe situation, she did well. As for the photo, it was a bit meh for me still. I liked the closed eyes and the slightly open mouth in the full body shot. It looks like she's a sea nymph who has been a captive of the Sea Queen for so long. I like the emotion in this shot. The closeup gave me rich Asian bitchy vibes for days, but I think the eyes are a bit unfocused if you looked closely. Still middling, meh.

Kim Minjung, my baby. I personally believe that she's one of the dark horses to watch for in this competition. From anonymity to recognition, this girl is really becoming a threat as she rises to the top. Minjung's eyes are spicy, according to the photographer. I agreed with him on that point, because there is something in her eyes that exudes mystery and spice in every shot. In the closeup shot, the hair partly covering her face is cool, and so are the freckles. My sassy Asian Ginny Weasley is really cool in both shots. A bit middling, but she's notches higher than Yerim.

Oh, Hyun Jieun. She looks like she's entangled in the clouds. I like the grace in the full body shot, as she looked like a cool high fashion phoenix rising from the ashes. My problem with her? Her eyes. Those are my eyes when I'm bored and bitchy about something I don't really like. Unlike Minjung, her eyes are expressionless. Plain, meh, bland, mineral water from the vendo machine. Her walk was also meh. No spice or verve, even for runway. Why is she still here? :o

Choi Jungjin is next. Oh, goodness gracious. I fell in love with Jungjin's full body shot. It was really mind-blowing! Yoonju thought the chiffon was protecting him. I thought that he looked like a Chinese rickshaw peddler from Hong Kong. I like the sleek lines in this shot. I can feel his energy and he's channeling it to me. The stare is also mad, and he's really here to stay one more week.

Kim Jonghoon. I don't like the shots. The full body shot seemed pathetic. Just standing there while letting the chiffon devour you? So not cool. I kinda liked the closeup shot. He looked like someone from Naruto. Last week, he was chastised for being over the top a la Lisa D' Amato (ANTM Cycle 17 winner), and he's really trying to tame his showmanship. His walk was also frowned upon by Anna Wintour-eu, who mocked him while he's doing his thing on the runway. I so want to whack Anna Wintour-eu with my flashy Louboutins. Grr. >____<

Lee Chulwoo. He was the first one to shoot for this episode, and he set the bar really HIGH. Oh good lord, he's insane! The full body shot was to die for, and while he's not looking into the camera, he really nailed this shot. HARD, like a hammer. Yowwwzuuuuuuh. The communication between him and the camera was still seen, and felt. The closeup shot was really amazeballs, it threw me aside and aside and aside for seven days nonstop. Nah, kiddding. The hair flying off his face was genius, and his stare was cold yet scrutinizing for me. I hate his nose here, though. It looked kinda big, but oh well. This is amazeballs.

Oh hail Hwang Gippeum. Oh, my Shiseido goddess continues to roar and roar and roar into fame and universal glamor. She's really crazy! The open-mouth, slightly closed peepers might be two seconds away from being porn-ish, but she made it high fashion. She made the styling work. If you'll force me to go to work wearing Mozart hair and billowy chiffon, I'll stone you to death. With my Givenchy clutches, lol! That's stoning to death in style! Kidding. She again used the open mouth, slightly closed peeper stare in her closeup. This definitely worked here. I like the tension in the neck. Every inch is really amazing. Oh hail the Shiseido goddess!

My future K-pop rock star Kim Seunghee. Seunghee was the weakest link among the models for this episode. While she got praise for her improved walk (Yongsoo's description of her walk: "It's like she's stuck to the ground" threw me off course for days on end), she simply didn't deliver for the judges. I agreed with Anna Wintour-eu here, that the same facial expression was seen all throughout her film. Whoooo child, Tyra would lash on you for that! :o I wished the stylists didn't turn Seunghee's hair into churros for the full body shot. Her closeup reminded me of somewho who just woke up. I love the hair, and the slightly opened mouth, though. Still, I thought she's stronger than Yerim by just one teeny point.

Ah, my poster boy Jung Yongsoo. He got a warning from Ms Han before his take, and he's really determined to "break the hyungs and nunas prejudices". Especially Jieun. I want to smack her with my Christian dior clutch, goodness. Maybe whacking you with that on the face will give your face a variety of expressions. LOL anyway, he surprisingly delivered for this shoot. I like the full body shot, because it exuded innocence, a bit of apprehension and confusion, but in a whimsical, carefree way. He's like a flag bearer. The stare he gave in the closeup pierced my soul, and swear to the gods and goddesses in Barneys, I can just stare at his face for hours and I'll be craving for more. Oh, the praises. :o I am really supportive of him, and I know that he'll do really well.

Last up is Han Seungsoo. Seungsoo still is the poster boy of Anna Wintour-eu. She heaped praises upon praises onto his douchey head. While he looked douchey in the photos, I must say that he still can deliver, and nailed it in the process. The drama in the full body shot is amazeballs to the 52nd floor of the Petronas Towers, and it also oozes with masculinity and verve. The closeup shot also delivered, and I must say I like his nose here. The masculinity of his stare and the softness of the lines of his face made this one a standout. Anna Wintour-eu went all over the moon and stars again for this one, and I must say I couldn't agree more.

My Callout Order: Gippeum, Seungsoo, Chulwoo, Yongsoo, Jungjin, Minjung, Taeeun, Seunghee, Jonghoon, Jieun, Yerim, Jian

So sad to see Jian go. But that's life. I hope her sprained foot will be better now. :((

So much for that, birdies and bees! Thanks a million for reading this post. Share the love! Comments will be well-appreciated.

xoxo

Korea's Next Top Model 5 Ep 4 Review: The Guy Who Doesn't Want to Be in the Bottom Two Again

A major holler from my space to yours! I miss updating LVAM guys, so here we go! I'm really sorry for yesterday, because I have to take my Spanish language assessment test in the language school. Am hoping to get high marks there! ^^

Anyway, thanks a million to those who continuously read my reviews about Korea's Next Top Model, aka The Poshest Asian Next Top Model Franchise Evaaaaaaah. I really do enjoyed watching the episodes on endless loop during my office breaks. Enough for me..

I know you guys wanted to know my insights about episode 4, so here we go. The contestants were asked to portray gender neutrality, aka androgyny. Some excelled, while some struggled, partly because the photographer is indeed scary-looking. Booo..

Again, first up is Bang Taeeun. I totally felt sorry for him when he shared his struggles as a starting model in the Hedwig challenge. He showed that modelling is not only all about glamour and pizzazz. Anyway, he nailed this shot HARD. Taeeun surely knew how to work his angles, as it was reflected in this shot. This gave me Parisian posh here. The lighting, the styling and the editing made him look like a part of a magazine spread, like say Russian Vogue or Korean Marie Claire. He complemented Gippeum's gorgeousness here; therefore, it looked like a shot worth a million won.

Poor Han Jian refused to share her story during the Hedwig challenge, because she's afraid to do so. Oh, poor girl with the poor-looking hair. If you were in ANTM, Tyra would have none of it. She'll force the sob story out of you, all for the ratings. I seriously think that I'm now an ANTM critic, and more of a KNTM fan. Anyway, It was painful to watch their shoot. I just want the whole thing to end ASAP. Jian's having problems connecting with her partner because she's not comfortable with what Jonghoon's doing. She had the looks that the shoot required (androgynous, neutral) but she could not use it to her advantage. It was really painful to watch her being so conscious of what her boyfriend will say back home. Tyra, do me a favor and teach her about the birds and the bees. Kidding! Editor in chief lady smacked her in the face, saying that the final product came across as an industrial product. Oh, crap. Now you're screwed. You're being compared to a machine! Uh-oh, better start cleaning the closet space in the model house, my dear.

I seriously wonder why Kim Yerim managed to oust those who qualified for this show on their own merits. She's just average, bordering on unforgettable. This shot is like a snap from a ballroom dancing competition, only with skimpier clothes. Yongsu's stare was blank, and unfortunately, so was hers. They struggled during their shoot and it was painful to watch as well. Oh, the amount of eyesore in this episode is epic. She's really forgettable, after the MV shoot the previous week. She should be in the bottom.

My baby is a blah baby for this shoot. Oh, the pity. :( This photo showed a battle of emotions between Kim Minjung and the headless mannequin behind her. She's blank here, a bit uninterested on this side of the fence. I am also disturbed by her bulge. If that popped in Seungsoo's or anyone else's, it's interesting. But it looked eerie for her. A middling shot, in short.

I don't know why, but after hearing Hyun Jieun's story about her aunt and how she helped her achieve her dreams is really sincere and I felt her sadness and gratitude there. Jieun remained with the long dress, so she played with the fabric while hanging like a monkey. She made the fabric fly even if it's not windy or there's no air present in the shoot. I liked the body language, especially the legs and the arms. Practically, they're really the same (I'm talking about her partner Jaehyuk), but Jieun gave more than my baby in this shoot.

Ah, Choi Jungjin. I like the face of his embarrassment when he screamed the first lines of his song in the Hedwig challenge. He's really visible in emotions. I kept on laughing when the editors repeated the screamo no-no twice. AHAHA anyway, again, he delivered a lackluster (albeit ridiculously funny) shot here. He looked like he's fighting with Gippeum, but in a Mean Girls kind of way. That's so not fetch! Stop making fetch happen! Ah, the memories. Anyway, the face is meh, and the body language is awkward.

Kim Jonghoon's turn in the Hedwig stage is also funny. The "nuna" moment between Ms Han and Jonghoon was really hilarious. Jonghoon's concerned about the over the top comment that he received last panel. He tried to balance the showmanship and translate better emotions on film. The kiss was passionate, yes, but Jian blocked 60% of his face, so therefore we got the angular profile shot here. The skewed legs looked cool, too. On panel, though, he was told that he's calculated and too polished to the point that it's now tipping towards over the top. Oooh, he's like Melrose (ANTM Cycle 7 runner-up).

I'm really wondering if the background vocals during Shin Jaehyuk's monologue was his. If that's the case, well then, he has a great voice. I felt the sadness and the reminiscence in his voice. He also inspired me to follow his footsteps and lose weight to look good and feel good as well. However, I fell into pieces when I saw the final photos. The entire shoot did not do anything helpful to him. I'm so pissed off. :(( no, seriously. He struggled all throughout the shoot. He looked the part: soft, virginal, feminine. Naturally, I thought this shoot would play to his advantage. He embodied neutral, as in the plainest sense of the word: neutral, plain, blah. Kim Woonjung wanted to see some movements from him. Hey, Mr Kim. How are you supposed to move freely if you're hanging like a monkey in a ridiculous steel tower? I'd like to see you do this shoot in the same circumstances. Oh, sheesh. On a lighter note, though, the photo looked like a cross between Romeo and Juliet in drag and a Lanvin ad campaign. But it's too blank for my baby. I want to die. Ugh. :( the photographer was too harsh as well. I hate her to bits.

(NOTE: I didn't notice that the commentary for my baby went too long. Oh, the feels. Forgive me, countrymen.)

Lee Chulwoo's turn in the Hedwig stage was also funny. He tried to sing in sync with his MP3 player, but it failed. He was charming. I found it funny when he delivered his lines as well. Monotonous, but still funny. Ah, Chulwoo oppa. Ahahaha! He was genius all throughout the shoot, I felt better even if I know Jaehyuk's gonna be on the chopping block come panel. He's really creative and ingenious. He was really feeling the indistinct sex brief for the shoot. His come-hither stare was really great. The body language and the angles are amazing as well. Oh crap, I'm running out of positive adjectives! The B-cuts showed a lot of variation as well. Tyra would love you to bits, sexy boy.

Hwang Gippeum's catchy tune and lyrics gave her the win for the challenge. And whoa, the prizes were awesome: she got to shoot twice for this photoshoot, and also she got herself a free watch, courtesy of some expensive Swiss brand. She shared her prize with Yongsu, and I was amused when they went to the store. He was really flustered and kept on thanking his nuna incessantly. He even kneeled in front of her. The incessant courtesy is amazeballs. The shot? This is so femme fatale. This photo is funny because Jungjin was like an upturned cockroach in this shot. He's being trampled upon by my Shiseido goddess. The facial structure shone bright in this shot, as well as her body language. This photo is gorgeous in different levels. I can feel the angst in the shot.

Kim Seunghee can be a rock star. I like her Hedwig stage performance. She's youthful and fresh and carefree. As for this shot, well. On the other hand, Seunghee became a prop all of a sudden. It's like, even if it's her closeup they're shooting, Chulwoo popped every now and then in each shot. What's frustrating also is that in her closeup, Chulwoo gave more than her, which was not supposed to be the intended thing to happen. She's the star in this picture. The. Freaking. Star. Chulwoo gave more force in the stare alone, and Seunghee became a clueless hostage taker in this shot. The headless mannequin prop was even better than her. On a more positive note, though, I liked her unconcerned stare from afar in Chulwoo's closeup. That means she's better off as a supporting character in the shoot, rather than the main focus. Woooo, Tyra's gonna go ballistic. So were the judges, especially the lady editor in chief. Which was always dissing everyone except her baby Seungsoo aka douchebag boy. More on him later.

Jung Yoonsu's incessant courtesy towards Gippeum is uber-cute. Also, I like his singing and speaking voice in the Hedwig challenge. Amazeballs. Choco audio! OMO OMO OMO *fangirl squeals in the morning* But.. Oh dear, oh dear. His shyness once again got the best of him, and the result was this. I like the tension in the arms and legs, and the right amount of force is evident in his neck. However, his face remained blank all throughout their take. It was so frustrating to watch. There's no communication nor chemistry between him and Yerim. He should've booched to the side, to make the lines more visible and softer.

Han Seungsoo, the douchebag. Ugh. He kept on singing out loud while the others were still writing their lyrics. Oh, the insensitivity. But, to give him credit, his singing voice is good. And, rejoice! This is the first time that Anna Wintour-eu (my new nickname for Editor in Chief lady) got the smack for being too judgmental. HA HA. She told Seungsoo that he's too soft in this shot. Out came Miss Steven Tyler (the scary photographer) and informed her that softness is what the shot requires. Smack that on your face, Anna Wintour-eu! But how I wish Yoonju could've thrown a pair of Jimmy Choos in her face as well. You are too catty to judge. HA HA. As for this shot, this is interesting because this really showed what the brief is looking for: a cross between the masculinity and the femininity. Androgyny is present, and the body language is visibly evident too. ^^ This is a shot to die for, at least for this episode.

My Callout Order : Gippeum, Chulwoo, Seungsoo, Taeeun, Jieun, Jonghoon, Minjung, Jungjin, Jian, Seunghee, Yongsu, Jaehyuk, Yerim

This is one of the suckiest shoots ever in KNTM. The whole concept sucked. The blonde banshee of a photographer sucked. The actual elimination sucked. TT_TT 어떡해? TT_TT
